Riverside Design Sprint
The Riverside Church in New York has been a beacon for social justice causes for almost a century, they needed to bring the way people give into the 21st century though. In order to make the transition to online giving as smooth as possible, I led the team in a three day design sprint workshop.
Together we identified the problem, created target personas, mapped out user journeys, sketched solutions, built prototypes, and tested the prototypes with actual users. All in three days. It was a lot to tackle, but the most fun I've had working in a long time.
